Now now be nice to the gold/silver bugs. Just because Gold is 50% below its high set about 19 or 20 years ago and Silver which has done even worse, since the Hunt debacle when it peaked at $54 not even counting the effects of inflation (kind of a sad story for a "hedges/traditonal stores" against inflation, eh?) let them feel they have won some sort of victory. As Pyrrhitic as it may be.

Those that owned paper stock certificates in MSFT, CSCO, SUNW, INTC or even AOL, CMGI, YHOO and so forth can well afford to be benevolent to our metal hoarding friends. <ggg>

Regards

<<Confederacy, you'll be rich beyond your wildest dreams when you retrieve your hoard of Rebel dollars >>

Sir, I object in the strongest possible terms that I (or others that hold gold) have any racist ideas or agenda. You Sir, should take care to when you even paint one with this racist brush.

A part of my support of precious metals goes to a near newly Free South Africa and the great pain brought there by the current gold price far below cost of production.I'm of mixed race.

I won't be back.
