** PUBLIC NOTICE ** RetardedBen was stopped by the police while driving. The cop said to him, "Your eyes look a little red, have you been drinking?" RetardoBen replied, "Why, no officer.. your eyes seem a little glazed, have you been eating doughnuts?" RetardoBen was released from custody the next afternoon. We all welcome his return..... GZ
