(www.goca.com) (OTC BB:GOCA) today announced that it has filed Form 10-SB registration statement on Oct. 1, 1999, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. (NASD) requires the company to become fully reporting with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to remain eligible for listing on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and apply for a listing on the NASDAQ small cap market.
