NEW YORK, Oct 1, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Go Call Inc. (www.goca.com)
(OTC BB:GOCA) today announced that it has filed Form 10-SB registration
statement on Oct. 1, 1999, with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC).

The National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. (NASD) requires the
company to become fully reporting with the SEC under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 to remain eligible for listing on the
Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and apply for a listing on the NASDAQ
small cap market. Go Call Inc.'s auditor is Collins Barrow, a founding
member of Moores Rowland International.

The 10-SB filing establishes a public file containing material,
financial and business information on the company for use by investors,
and also creates an obligation on the part of the company to keep such
public information current by filing periodic reports on Forms 10-Q
(Quarterly Report) and 10-K (Annual Report), and for certain current
events. The 10-SB filing is subject to SEC review and comments.

Furthermore, Go Cash, Go Call Inc.'s transaction processing subsidiary,
is in the final testing phase of processing transactions for an
Internet sports wagering system.

Go Call is an Internet and e-commerce company focused on the Internet
entertainment and e-commerce industry. Its services include processing
