To answer your first question, FMK put his money where his mouth was, and lost a lot of it. He banked on VLNC's commercialization far sooner than it occurred. Those bets did not pay off. I suspect that he is, how should I say it, watching from the sidelines now. Wolanchuk is still Pro-VLNC. The term "touting" suggests some level of questionable honesty, which is not deserved. My take on the EPS deal is one of capitulation on Moltech's part. I suspect that they REALLY want EPS for the VLNC connection. They tried to get VLNC technology once and failed. VLNC is their opportunity to make EPS profitable again, and quickly!
