Rich,

Secured financing isn't financing, no matter the name. It's like someone getting a credit card only because they put up savings as collateral.

Merely a secured loan, as I see it.

They could have done this years ago, but avoided it as too ugly an option.

Truly smacks of desperation for a company that really needs investment, and in large quantities at that.

Remember, these guys have been beating the bushes for money since before the Sokol days.

Just another sign of what Wall Street sees as NTN's prospects.

None.

Keep two things in mind.

1. They will never get anywhere near the announced $4 million, if this really is a receivables backed deal.

2. Note that I am saying "if" here, since NTN chose not to discuss the details.

#2 tells me that even if it isn't receivables based, the details are unattractive enough to hide it from shareholders.

The long term slide of NTN continues unabated, and my opinion of it as an investment remains exactly what it has been for 6 years.

Show me a turnaround of consequence in revenue, sites, or profits (real, please.....) and I may change my mind.

Regards,

Dwight

Yesterday was curious, up 40% on 7 times average volume but no news. Sure helped make my day's totals look good.

BTW, Software.com (SWCM) is another company having a line of credit with Coast Business Credit. The SWCM 10Q gives details on their various lines of credit.
