I knew nothing about ppro until it IPOed. So nothing negative from me, but otoh I had heard about ariba and cmrc 2 years ago. The thing about calico and vitria and some others, is these companies have been sitting around for years and nobody thought they would go anywhere and now they are "hot". Thats a little scary to me. Otoh the web offers some real opportunities for e-commerce. But how to make money off it? Ah well, I am thinking too much again. GO CALICO!!! <GGG> BTW somebody told me foundry was the same thing as calico, sat around a while etc. But here it is at 8 billion, go figure.
