Yeah, $300 and counting. THEN I'LL AGREE for a 3 for 1 BUT ONLY because I want to get a couple 1 share stock certificates to give as Year 2000 birthday presents. Current prices are too rich for a single share gift now. Rick 300/2000

The Uniphase meeting is December 16th and record date for voting just a month away, November 1st. Record date of the dividend is December 17th, payable December 29th. Qcom's meeting is not until February. Given the volatility and particularly spectacular rise of Q's stock, I defy you to tell me what the price of the stock will be in February. Qcom did not want to announce a split this soon because events change and it might have to change the split figures. They basically said there will be a split--leave it at that.
