Well, James, if my comments are full of fluff then, in all due respect, I'd remind you your comments appear as full of puff. Admittedly, you're the first poster I've encountered during my three years stock thread posting, whose made the kind of claim you did in your response to Lucky: "When people hear from me, the stock immediately drops or jumps."

Wow! Now, that's quite a horn toot! (LOL)

Now, to the specifics of your comments:

>>>1. You are wrong that they have not advertised.<<<

Yeah, they might have done an opening kick-off--but next to nothing in between then and the IPO. Only recently have we seen evidence of NetZero ads. If I'm wrong, please show me evidence of any kind of sustained and extended national ad campaign. Word of mouth is how media analysts have described NetZero's expansion; and word of mouth is how I found out about it and it's how I got others to sign up for NetZero. Now, who am I to believe?

>>>2. You agree that all the other providers who tried the Free Internet in the US went bankrupt.<<<

I agree that regional free hookups have failed. No free ISP which has provided a sufficient quantity of phone hookup connections has failed. And NetZero's connections rival AOL's and other paid ISPs regarding telephone hookup capacity. So you can't lump a mini-starter to a full-scale starter and claim free ISPs go bankrupt.

>>>3. You agree that Most of Goldman IPOs, but NOT ALL do well.<<<

Well, my only response here is, well, you can send me some flowers! (LOL) No single entity can make a claim of ALL. But of them, Goldman does the best. Agreed?

>>>4. As you indicated, you have "used it since it's inception". This makes your opinions biased, and not as trust worthy.<<<

Since when does personal experience not count for anything? Do you really want to stand behind this remark? Hey, I was using the service before I became an investor. If anything it gives more value to my testimony about its use. Do you think I'd invest in the service if I didn't like it and thought it could only fail? Of course not!

>>>5. The fact remains that hacked tools are out there, and
Netzero cannot fight the nations developers doing everything for free on the Internet. This is one huge difference between this method for ads and others.<<<

Now you're leaving out folks who actually might desire the freedom to interact with NetZero's advertising, particularly where ecommerce is at play. You're leaving out the concept of printing your own coupons, sweepstakes, lotteries, free cruises, auto deals, pharmacy deals like aging and wrinkle enhancements, viagra and everything else. Hey, Ed McMahon's clearing house gang does OK, don't they? Under your theories, what they're doing wouldn't work either. But it's been done for years and years and years.

>>>You know, no matter how many years pass I always keep seeing people like you reusing the same old phrases as responses to other people's postings. People like you always try to make it sound as if others are trying to distort things, when you are the one attempting to do so. Sorry, but I've been around too long.<<<

Well, then you'd be pleased to know that one of my proudest accomplishments was founding a softball team which played for a nursing home. We wore old-styled uniforms and brought the folks out of the homes to see the games. They sat in the stands and munched down hot dogs and rooted us on. The folks named us The Hurricanes.

Now, what were those same old phrases? You failed to tell me what they were.

>>>Let me just say, how did you like the big DROP on NZRO stock? :-} Hemmmm? Ready for the next? Watch as this stock drops to $5, and finally fizzles out.<<<

Well, Mr-Been-Around-It-All-For-A-Very-Long-Time, how'd you like today's NZRO rise when the entire rest of the market tanked?

You may not know it yet, but the world is changing so, so fast. Do you know we can now communicate with with individuals from foreign countries, who only speak their native language and all we have to do is type or speak in English? Check out Lionbridge (LIOX). Yes, things like translation and free service communication are gonna be with us. I think it's time to adapt.

For a nicely balanced viewpoint on NetZero, please go to NetZero's MotleyFool board. Check out what a writer named Nico has to say. I'm anxious to learn what you think about his comments regarding the viability of NetZero's free service. Please do get back to me afterwards.

>>>By the way, it will probably cost them 15 Million dollars just for the Internet service they are planning to provide for the 1.2 Million customers you say they have. That is only one month?s cost for them.<<<

I don't say they have "1.2 million customers." The respective IPO abstracts noted NetZero has 1.7 million customers, 500,000 of which signed up between June and August. And with the excitement surrounding its IPO even more are signing up. And now that national sign-up ad campaigns actually do exist, we're on a record-breaking pace for new subscriptions. Now whose subscription base is likely to decrease? I'm a reasonably intelligent person, and I found it prudent to dump AOL. Think others will too? You bet!

Now, James, whether you like it or not, NZRO is signing folks up as fast, if not faster, than AOL's rate when it first offered unlimited service. I think the release of September's numbers in October are going to shock you. And remember the NZRO IPO initiated at the end of September, so I think November's October numbers are going to blow your mind, whether it comes from younger thinking or experienced elderly thinking. You'll see. People are on the move--and it's services like what NetZero provides that are going to help 'em.

One last point. Please tell me you hate television commercials that obnoxiously become notably louder than the programing you are comfortably viewing. You know what? I think that's more annoying than any banner ad I may or may not have to read or look at, and one which at least provides me with an opportunity to interact with it if I so choose.

In closing, I await your response after you've read Nico's writing on Motley Fool.

Fare ye well!
