Challo! Take heart, the market is fine. What amazes me about our friends on this thread is how they accent the negatives. Posting kudos to people like Fred Hickey who has been TOTALLY wrong about tech for the last 4 years (that's right guys-- he has been writing the same nonsense for 4 years now). It looks like computer sales will have a surprising upswing now that they have become entertainment centers (true for me!). But the big story, that almost no one seems to notice, is the incredible strength in big tech. Despite all the market's problems, the leaders have NOT FALLEN. Csco has FAILED to close remotely close to support in recent memory. I've bought both of the recent dips and made money. The strength in the nutz has gone by without comment. MANY people-- Don for example -- have pointed out that the nutz are a leading indicator. No one has noticed that the nutz have bottomed and, in some cases (e.g. AOL) have come back to life (see, e.g., E Bay-- what a buy at 70 or 80). In sum, then, I continue to believe that recent weakness has provided YET ANOTHER opportunity to make money and chronic naysayers (e.g. David Tice-- ALWAYS ALWAYS wrong) have made nickels on the short side. Not that I don't like the short side. I do. I am not a perma bull either. I am neither a bull nor a bear. I am an opportunist (a la Cramer). There are some great stocks out there boys and girls (L3 noticed EMC lately?? Strong my man). Give me Stewart and Mr P-- click it in there!!
