Jim: Oh yes- Really good stuff. Where is the speculation that the case is without merit and will be surely overturned at the Appeals level. This is why Jackson was praying for a settlement. He postured himself as the sainted critic of the too tough MSFT and now will have to back pedal on his grandstanding since the merits of the case are decided by legal arguments on paper and not by court room histrionics. Jackson has a very poor record with respect to MSFT and being overturned. JFD
