Actually JD under Nevada law (which I am not an attorney by any means and not even close to passing under the bar) but a meeting is not required but certainly a nice "SOCIAL" gathering of some very excited and happy people.....THey DO need to present an offer to the shareholders, one would think thru the proxy mailout, my guess is since date of record is 10/12 that mailout will go out no later than 10/14ish so we will see. Geezzzzz thats just about 2 weeks away!!!!! If you want the link to Nevada State just ask, they'll even send you the handbook of the laws...
