CB, it's amazing how precisely these MMs can control a lightly traded stock like NAVR....They keep it at no higher than 9 15/16 most of the time.....They will not let it rise above 10....It used to be kept under 11....There must have been a slew of call option buying suckers recently that expected the stock to be at 11 or higher....
