TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (OTC BB:TSIG), known as TSIG.com,
today announced that Frank Ragano has been elected to its board of
directors.
Frank P. Ragano, Major General, U.S. Army (Ret.), has served as
a director of Skylynx Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:SKYK) since 1998
and its chairman since 1999. Mr. Ragano was, until earlier this year,
President and CEO of CMS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Daimler-Benz GmbH. He graduated with a B.S. degree from Duquesne
University in 1950 and later graduated with a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University, New York. After a
well-decorated career in the military, Mr. Ragano retired from active
Army service and became Vice-President of the American Defense
Preparedness Association and Chairman and CEO of BEI Defense Systems
Company.
