Phil, I follow GATA and will now put two e-mails I received today
from them onto the Gold Price Monitor thread, here on SI.

So far GATA has been accurate, and if this trend continues,
then read what I now post and expect price of gold to rocket
pass the Moon and onto Mars.

If so then Dave Webb and MAC and the Mongolian bank and
the Mongolian court system will have a strong POG as a new
piece of the puzzle that may interlock all pieces together and
present a picture that will be viewed acceptable by all.

Phil, all is not lost in Mongolia. We have been in discussions with the intent to resolve the outstanding issues. Both Tyhee and MAC realize that the Bumbat has value, an that value is greatest when the mine is working and producing gold.

It is pointless to describe ongoing discussions until there is a definitive resolution, or a reasonable expectation of one. Our latest discussions took place this week and we are not at a point to announce any resolution or reasonable expectation that a resolution is imminent. But we're talking.

Dave

Phil, I am sure that I speak for you and most other shareholders
that brought mgr shares, in that we will view the TDC web site
conditioned by our experience thru the past MGR web site, in that
most important to receive is a news release by Dave Webb which will
outline what this company is actually doing, and a timeline to gage
the progress made.

To me the TDC web site should have upfront not what the company
has to say as a possible in the future, but first to tell those
who click into the home page what is happening in the present.

If the price of gold goes to 350 or higher, then to me I have no
problem if Dave Webb of old MGR and now TDC travels to Mongolia
with an attitude that working together with all those in Mongolia,
that we all can continue working together and settle the past
conflicts so that no one has to go into unwanted places.

To me if the price of gold allows the Bumbat mine to produce
a good cash flow, then I would feel comfortable if a means
were worked out so that the bank and the old MGR iou's against
MAC can over time capture all or most of the money claimed,
and this will allow MAC to remain or rejoin the Bumbat venture.

Yes, I just said let there be a way to settle this matter very
quickly if the price of gold increases to 350+ soon, that will
allow all of us, including the people of MAC, to work together
like long ago was planned. Changes will be many, but over time
MGR past shareholders will get a better return than a legal
no progress in the courts.

Its just my opinion and suggestion, with the price of gold in an
increase phase, let there be a way that MAC can rejoin the Bumbat
mine along with MGR/TDC and only be responsible in a money area
to the Mongolian bank and MGR/TDC. To me any legal matters outside
the money issue can be erased and forgiven and dropped, leaving
no criminal or legal wrong doings on the book for MAC employees.

Its in a country not mine of USA, let Mongolian deal with their
own in this new and changing world economy. Just first let the
money to the bank and iou's be addressed so that Bumbat can be
reopened. The rest will be lessons on life and business.
