Ben, It is interesting that ML hasn't released a company specific report on IBM since 8/31. The hardware issue would have appeared to warrant the issuance of something all ML clients could access.

IBM was also on ML's Focus 1 list. I don't know if it was removed from that as well.

Ben, CNBC said that ML replaced IBM on this list with Mercury Interactive, last 6 mos revenue 80 mill with 621 employees. Their stock is up over 4 pts right now. Just what kind of list is this Top 10 and how is it possible for ML to remove IBM from it and still maintain a 1-1 rating on IBM?

Is it possible that Milunovich is covering his backside with the small retail customers and signaling the big guys that his nervousness with IBM has real knowledge behind it. NAAH... He wouldn't do anything like that would he? After his comments on the last options expiration date I am just a little suspicious of this guy.
