Of course Francoise fears jail, he and the ZSUN and Veritas insiders that kept passing false and misleading info. about the 10SB and other things, solely to influence the price of the stock(and thereby profit themselves) are deeply afraid. Of course Francoise at least has the luxury of already being offshore, as do some others. I almost pity the dumb, bag holding, sucker, insiders that are here in the US and didn't get a big enough piece of the pie to afford to move offshore. Of course they can always cut a deal and testify against the others.

You know if that frikin tout dodges our subpoena by being in the Caymans, we can get his Florida sailboat company assets seized and all of his US securities as well. Good thing he's stuck in all these bs reg S deals.
