Sad tho, when even this is "good news". Like hitting our thumbs with a hammer, so that we enjoy the "stopping" of pain.

The comments about PDG relooking at their plans for a processing plant are interesting, aren't they. Wonder if it's a case of "anything" being helpful toward an improvement in the feelings of the present government there. (And improving the odds, or at least the timing for someday processing by ECM)
