very uncorrect. The whole sale for these guys is about $3-5 per user. They get wholesale from AGIS, and trust me they hate people that are on "unlimited".

Early: I did not even include the billing cost or the advertisement costs, or the entire employee costs.
$15 Million is a rough estimate of how much it would cost, technically, per month for 1 Million users, considering Netzero's business model. I looked at it again, and I think it is probably closer to $10 Million. I am sure others will argue that it is closer to $8 Million.
Also, most ISPs are or are getting their billing to be completely automated; but there is still significant cost, just for that. Same thing has to be done and used, regardless the fact that there are no monthly fees. This will still add from $3 to $5 million, depending on database/billing apps.
