CMGI is ready to bust through 100. At 100, the value of ADFC, based on the pending CMGI merger offer is $26.20. It has averaged a 5 percent lag in price. . .which is $24.90 when CMGI is at $100. Looks like nearly a 50% gain in ADFC over the past few weeks.

Yes... but I'd wait for it to sell off after the opening ... I'd look to enter around 34.5 - 35
