Thanks for alert, ST. Looking at 1 month chart, USTI looks impressive. . .Volume has been steadily building, with small incremental gains spread out over a longer period of time than in the past. If we close with bid over 1/8th, this will be the most significant move in USTI trading history. The question remains. . . WHY? Is it the new product completion that CEO mentioned in last newsletter? Like I surmised, could it be a Linux version of their Y2K compliant 32-bit software? I don't know. But this does look like accumulation that is based on somebody knowing something. It it were a P&D, all shares would have been bought at the bottom. . . .but this is a daily accumulation . . which is FAR FAR more healthy for the stock. Very impressive, indeed. Could it be that USTI has found a bigger distributor for their excellent software products? It would be about time. . . .their current sales rep model leaves much to be desired. I wish the company issued a press release now and then to let us know what is going on. . . but it wouldn't surprise me if we are waiting until the next quarterly to read about what has developed. That doesn't bother me. . . .consistently profitable 20 year old company trading on OTC under a buck. . .that shys away from press releases and makes Microsoft Certified products that are much needed. . . . Like I always say. . . find me another stock with that scenario and I will buy them. . . so far nobody has ever taken me up on that. Rande Is

The one month chart on USTI is a thing of beauty for an OTC. . .the volume is tremendous. I just wish I knew why in the past 3 weeks there has been such steady accumulation at virtually any price. . . we have seen this stock close at consecutively higher prices for the past what 6 or 7 days in a row?? And on ever increasing volume, relatively. This is easily the most important accumulation movement I have seen in the year and a half I've been following it. Rande Is
