thats what I figure, fuddle. Also why I was surprised it didnt open higher. Since those shares had a value before they were sold it was known to the market, but the splash (and dissemination of news to the public) shoulda had more of an effect??? Maybe there is something on the balance sheet that is holding it down. I havent looked at it. Regards, Dean
