Well if they did take profits I say thank you to them because I got in a nickel lower today than I got out yesterday and it is a whole new company. IMO, VEN is now one of the only AU companies of their size in a good financial position.
edit...I expected this stock to trade $0.60-$1.00 today

Certainly a good move, for some (buy on rumour sell on news?). I think, too, we may have got the sell on news this morning. Plus, the gold rally had to take a breather for a bit. I hope it is not a prolonged breather or we will be peobably looking at the teens again.
