the American Bar Association's annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. It
will also be highlighted at America's Legal Super Store(TM)
(www.Lawmiles.com), along with other affiliated company sites, and
through PCNA's print directory distribution. Lawtrip.com also will be
accessible through Legaltravel.com.
"As the majority of the nation's 950,000 attorneys are frequent
travelers, Lawtrip.com is a natural fit with our online strategy of
offering a comprehensive array of goods and services to the legal
profession," commented Peter S. Balise, President and Chief Executive
Officer for Attorneys Online. "We've built our legal portal to help
busy legal professionals navigate the World Wide Web for information
on legal issues and topics and also, to provide a direct conduit to
products and services they utilize most. We will continue to build on
this strategy, offering products and services through Lawlinks.com to
legal professionals and businesses, as well as to the public.
"Directly from the front page of our portal, we now feature
e-commerce solutions for legal professionals through America's Legal
Super Store, the world's largest legal store, the product of a
strategic alliance with Value America. We also feature America's Legal
Source, our comprehensive online expert and service provider
directory, legal careers, convenient attorney search capabilities
through an agreement with Martindale-Hubbell, and law books through
Amazon.com. Lawlinks.com also will offer a broad range of important
legal resources through Findlaw, Inc. Additionally, visitors to the
site will be able to procure long-distance and cellular services from
AT&T. We plan to include law books, CD ROMs and other research
services, and have rescheduled our new law library to debut next year.
By featuring Lawtrip.com and its comprehensive travel services, we are
now even better positioned to meet the needs of legal professionals
through our legal portal."

attorneys as well as bar associations will benefit as profits are
shared with participating associations and attorneys receive valuable
Lawmile Purchase Incentive Awards on all purchases made in America's
Legal Super Store. Lawmiles can be redeemed for airline travel, hotel
stays, rental cars, merchandise, or up to 2% cash back. The company,
now focused on the formation of its marketing network, will
aggressively pursue its direct marketing to legal professionals
thereafter.

owned subsidiaries, PCNA Communications Corporation and Attorneys
Online, Inc. are integrated full service providers of specialty
publishing for bar associations nationwide as well as online providers
of information and e-commerce solutions to the entire legal community.

business difficulties that may divert management's attention away from
the aggressive marketing of its legal super store. While the Company
believes that these statements are accurate, the Company's business is
dependent upon general economic conditions and various conditions
specific to its industry and future trend results cannot be predicted
with certainty. Investors should also consider information contained

TNY; thanx for alert on CCGR; spread is a bit wide @ .095 X .11; with this type of volume you'd think the MM's would close the spread; they just love to sell stock, but they don't like buying it back;

welcome to the thread; sw
