Larry, I'm seeing some warning signs as well: - The 20-day simple moving average today is about 77.7, and it looks like we are going to spend the day just barely, but entirely, below it. Except for that pre-expiration scam two months ago when we hit 55, we haven't spent a whole day below the 20-SMA since we were rattling around the lows at the end of June. - The 20-SMA itself looks like it's peaking today. - I've seen a lot of buying at almost every point down from 78 for the past couple of days, which stops the drop for a while, and then it continues down. If those are buy stops being hit on the way down, we're running out of buyers. - Two jumbo blocks today -- 238K @ 75 7/8 and 150K @ 74 15/16. Note how they kick in just below the "buy stops", if that's what those were. (Are they watching the 20-SMA too?) Whether they were buys or sells, both times we were lower than those values within minutes. - No re-it's in what, two days now? :-) The low of 74 1/4 from that magnicently constructed day-long "V" a couple of days ago is what I'm watching closely now. I think breaking that would be the final straw.

Larry, I wonder if HAL and the Turnips are talking over the "ansibles", the turnips have a major delay in the scenario if we close under $74.5 (they just raised by $2 buck their SL), they also are calling for a delay if we do not get above $87 by October 15th. Zeev
