PRFM has 4mm shares of PF, right? That works out to just under $4 a share value; it is selling 1mm additional shares, which adds a little under $1 to value.

Now, assuming PRFM has any book value at all, PRFM should be value at well over $5 right now.

so, PRFM is either a great arbitrage play right now or I'm missing a critical piece of this puzzle.
