No RR wasn't a Rhodes Scholar, though he was probably more qualified for that than Clinton. RR was President of his Class and considered a natural leader.

I doubt McCain would have gotten w/in 10 feet of Annapolis if his father and grandfather weren't alums and Admirals. While the Keating Five scandal endures, aside from that, I doubt that anyone in the Senate ever accused McCain of leadership.
