ven cash = ven debt, so that's a wash .. they hold ~50milUS$ of LGL, divided by 143mil outstanding, = .35US/sh, or .50Cdn/sh ..?? ... that's how CC got the fifty-cent target, maybe ... but yes, there's blue sky in the right of first refusal ... only blue sky though, and some days the market don't pay much for that -g-
