no offense intended, but I suggest you go and read the whole thing. It's filled with phrasing that sent my blood pressure soaring. Whoever worded it should be investigated for ties to short selling, because it guaranteed a tank in the stock price.
ie. (paraphrased) we lose money regularly and may never make a dime.
and: we only want the money from this stock sale to pay back the CEO the half million we borrowed from him. (like maybe before they go belly up?)
