FOUR NEW CABLE AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

Solutions announced today four new cable affiliate relationships,
continuing its accelerated growth and strong commitment to widespread
deployment of high-speed Internet services. The new partnerships add
more than 430,000 new homes, increasing @Home Solutions reach to more
than 1 million exclusive homes in only nine months. @Home Solutions
entered into distribution agreements with Daniels Cablevision, Moffat,
Eastern Connecticut Cable TV, and USA Media Group. Formed in December
1998, @Home Solutions offers turn-key, fully managed and comprehensive
broadband Internet services to small and mid-sized cable operators.

@Home Solutions will deliver high-speed Internet services to more than
30 markets with the 4 new partnerships. The respective services will be
named Cablevision@Home, Moffat@Home, Eastern@Home, and USA@Home. The
services are planned to begin deployments in targeted markets
throughout the remainder of 1999.
