Steve, Thanks for the clarification. I guess I am still perplexed as to why Lexar sent out that late night press release on Sunday only to have most of the original claims (those packaged together with the false advertising allegations) dismissed. I was hoping for all claims to be summarily dismissed. Maybe I'll be called as an "expert witness" on the meager advertising campaign that SanDisk has fronted to date. I mean, we were yelling about that for days on end on this Thread. Well, I am looking for those black horn-rim glasses with the rubber nose and fake moustache. Anybody know where I can find a pair??? Ausdauer (FWIW, I bought shares on the recent dip between $65 1/4 and $77 1/16. It was a toss up between buying more SanDisk shares vs. becoming an angel investor (or is it Hail Mary Investor???) in Lexar before their IP0. I'm kind of worried that their "*billion exposure guarantee" is going to put SanDisk out of business.) *"billion exposure guarantee" is a registered trademark of Lexar Media.
