look for at least one WCII upgrade tomorrow AM (from a somewhat surprising corner), with likely more to follow. sellsides pretty much universally agree with a significantly oversold sentiment. some buysides may still be near term overly cautious, while i suspect others may get religion here pretty soon. i think the 30s is a gift (yah yah, i know - let 'em KEEP these f-ing gifts <g>), and as soon as the fed confirms not raising and Q3 anticipation kicks in, the 40s might have been attractive as well (hopefully, of course - do your OWN due diligence)
