Yes it's an actual survey but it does not apply to the topic. How does this clarify the recent IBM services announcement versus DELL's in-house services development? How does it address enterprise professional services? BTW although this is an "actual" survey it is so broad it is mostly "feel-good". SUN does not rank as a good service provider in most independent surveys.

In the enterprise space, the well regarded vendor/service organizations are IBM, Unisys, CPQ and HP by most reckoning.

And you seem to think that some poster made up the giga report - it is real, and if you know a subscriber to giga's service, you can verify for yourself. They are at least as reputable as the TBR stuff, and that's being generous to TBR.
