Donnald; It's in the currency markets big conglomerates beating
the dollar down , they will come back in the market when they
get ready to let the dollar run back up.
Right now they are getting ready to make a lot of old
U.S. currency settlements and want to use cheap dollars.
-------
With out a Tobin tax there is no end to the good old boy
price fixing that goes on the currency markets.
I suspected this fall some time ago, but was so far ahead of
the curve I thought maybe they had given up, or cut it short.

Last fall they did the same thing, and while the smhooes
saw a 20% drop in the market the international broker/dealers
bankers got a 30% discount, it's a game they play with the
currency and tell every one it's supply and demand..
but it's rigged, and tahts why we will never get a tobin tax.
-----
The market will bottom when the dollar does, at some point
in time their greed is going to cause the mullets to stop playing and
and all hell will break lose.
Lets don't forget overhead says a lot of money must come into
the market just to hold it at a level, ( it's not just one
buyer to one seller ) with out more buyers than sellers
the market sinks of it's own weight , as for the most
part it's just a huge ponzi scam.
