X, I went long some DAL stock today.

Weekly chart shows very oversold, most likely due to high fuel prices and, labor disputes at other airlines, etc.

DAL book value is ~$30, stock is $47.

I figure that as fuel prices come back down to historical norms closer to $18-20 bbl, airline stocks should get some sort of benefit.

I picked DAL for my first dip because of their grip on Asian routes, particulary Japan. As those economies improve, DAL's already stellar business should remain strong.
