This is another of the never ending confrontations ABT seems to get into with the FDA. Most Q&A staff are very aggressive defending their turf and this leads to a standoff between parties. ABT needs to get a very skilled Human Resources person with lots of arbitration experience to stand in with their Q.A staff when disputes occur. Allowing their Q&A to go head on with a Bureaucrat is calling for disaster. Threats, postures and Counterpostures between Organisations are a thing of the past. Todays winning strategy has to be a win win for every one. Does anyone know how this dispute is getting resolved. Thanks.!
