Ph, you may want to call the TA daily to see if there is a sudden additional increase in shares outstanding. I have seen such rallies being "engineered" to allow the new investor (in at $.05?) an exit strategy. If that is the case, this rally may not last much beyond the mid teens. If the share count is not increasing markedly, it means they are holding onto their paper.
