Just picked up on this company. Seems solid even without buyout. Why is the street trashing the price??? I requested an investor package but am curious about the company's position on the Nolan offer. Did Nolan renege? Any insight would be appreciated.

The filing you posted was not made by the company but by Nolan Group, a minority shareholder that is attempting to force management action. Check out the news for AVL for the past couple of weeks, and it should become clear.

AVL is substantially undervalued at these levels. The price is being held down by fear and uncertainty.
