Looks like a big open for tomorrow! Sold off to about $79, and came back strong! May be looking at $90 + tomorrow IMO!

Mark: Companies are under pressure to 'do something' about developing a net strategy. Starbucks, a company that one might think does not need a net strategy, spent over 100 million on their web strategy and reported poor financial results last summer as a result. The company dropped a lot -- I think they lost about 25% or more in market cap in one day -- because everybody wondered what in hell they were doing spending so much money on their 'net strategy'. I think what AMZN did today was to leverage their brand by offering to help companies deal with their 'net strategy' without losing their shorts -- a win-win. Having said that, if I owned AMZN I would have cashed in on the announcement today -- wow, 79 million shares traded. But I think this new thing for AMZN is a very big deal and one that will cause me to re-evaluate my attitude. I think it ensures their survival.
