Thanks Tom. I have spoken with Ken several times and I know that he's very passionate about USABancShares.com and the perception on the street... he told me himself that he would not let a lot of shares go unless the price is right. I almost expected him to cancel/postpone the entire SPO simply b/c the beating USAB has taken of late. However, cold hard cash is a good thing, and you need some to make more - so bring on a reduced secondary and let's get this party started. -VeloSpeed
