zsteve, for now the scenario is off, $74.5 was my exit here, and I think that we are going to go down further. It would be interesting to find out if the converts holders did any hedging here between $70 and $85. Only MU and their street cohorts have the need to have the scenario going through. Right now, however, the turnips are of the opinion that the range of $58 to $62 will be seen before another attempt at the scenario will take place. Probably in conjunction with major pumping late in December when MU has a good chance of showing a rare positive quarter. Zeev
