In case no one noticed, today was the lowest close on the spoos since March. Also today marked the most number of consecutive days the spoos have spent below their 200 DMA since Oct. 98. This has not and will not be mentioned on CNBS. Tim

Tonight, Japanese statistics on housing starts,
construction orders, unemployment rate, CPI and
worker's household spending, all for the month
of Aug., are released. Needless to say, watch the
yen. Only ChiNAPM and new home sales are worth
watching here tomorrow.

Add to the mix the Tankan survey in Japan released
on our Sunday night, just in time for Monday-funday.
