US and France are building huge Laser Fusion facilities, designed to create thermonuclear explosions - in violation of CTBT. Aha! Time to fund yet another white elephant and name it using a Sanskrit acronym -- GARUDA or AIRAVAT or some damn thing like that. As for those toilets -- well, the people can wait. After all they have been forced to do it by the roadside, in the fields, by the railway tracks, and on the riverbanks for decades. So what's a few more years of waiting, right? <g> You know a Schindler, if U ever stepped on an escalator or elevator in US Malls. Now Schindler is going to India Well, with power outages lasting hours at a time, those things will prove to be little more than "status symbols". They should also get a US energy company to provide reliable electricity to run those escalators and elevators... Or maybe they should just beg the British to come back!<g>
