To ALL: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING PERICULOUS SITUATION ON THE RB THREAD - below is my admonition to a certain Re-raise who contends we are ECNCE. Then, people wonder why our stock sputters: Re-raise, Please be advised your post number 3846 appears to fall under the category of defamation and libel. Our attorney will be notified as will the Raging Bull. I demand a retraction of this equation. I suggest you do so for your own legal protection or clarify to this Thread that there is no impending E. You have the legal (not moral) right to bash. God Bless you and may you prosper. I wish ill to no one, but when you drive a stock downward by equations that portend an SEC addition of an E, you may have cast your lot in with those who are guilty of libel and slander. I didn't say it was a good theory! <vbg> Just tossing out ideas to get the discussion going, on your request. btw....I know of rumors that at least one long has bailed recently....people wear out when expectations they place on a stock are not met. They need to move on....those who can wait with hope and anticipation without placing time restraints or stock price expectations on the company will have the patience to see if this thing fails or meets it potential. Yes..that's right...it could fail or it could go big. We all know that....and if you don't you are in the wrong place. (speaking generally to the audience, of course)
