Time and Sales did look great today,

me thinks :) Looked like a few sales, but hard to tell these days, might not of been. All the other ones were definitely buys, unless shareholders are being able to sell at the ask, nice FHTV.

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the delay. We just got here to the cybercafe. Also, there is only one ISP in Macau and it is UNBEARABLY slow tonight. I met with Roy and
Vanessa today for about two hours. It will take some time, but I will pull together what I learned and try to get it to post, maybe an hour or so.

I don't mean to keep you hanging, I will lay to rest any concern about the coming press release. Roy did confirm that a press release is immanent, they are
waiting for it to come back from the lawyers, so when they say it will be out within a week, they mean that's when the lawyers say they will be through with it.
However, I did ask him directly, "Could the press release be construed as positive?" He answered, "Yes." I then asked, "Could the press release be
construed as negative?" He answered, "No."

Let me type for awhile.

I'm in a junior high school library in Milwaukee. We flew into Chicago the other night. Here for a teacher/parent conference. Just starting to feel human again.
I haven't had a chance to read the thread since I posted in Macau. I did read FG's guesstamation of what I have to report, and I think he's got it about right. I
still need to reread "The Fax" and speak with Mr. Fisher to clear up some conflicting data that I have gathered. That will take some time. And the press
release should go along way toward bringing things into focus.

So, all I can say at this point, with some degree of confidence that I won't be proven erroneous later, and that I haven't already posted is this.

There is a male counterpart to Vannesa in the Gongbei office who travels with Mr. Fisher whenever he is in the PRC serving as his interpreter, as Mr. Fisher
doesn't speak Chinese.

The other thing that seems apparent to me is that FTV is proceeding more along the lines of broadcasting infomercials initially with an plan to eventually move
to live studio broadcasting. The cost of producing an infomercial is 1/10th the cost of producing a live broadcast. They have six channels to fill, and I suspect
they will be farming out some of those to the likes of QVC. I don't know what the other programming is that they mention as being available to them through
contract, DVRT or something like that, see "The Fax". They certainly don't own a studio, to answer someone's question. And they never claimed to own one.
The overhead would be a flaming waste of capital. They will be outsourcing the 800 line operators and order processing, and I think the warehousing will be
handled by the government agency that sources the goods. I couldn't get any information of broadcast schedules as this doesn't fall under Roy's bailiwick.
We need to get a hold of Mr. Fisher to free-up that information. But he's out of the office a lot, and with most all of these outsourced activities taking place
away from his office, I think it is a good sign that Mr. Fisher isn't in his office all that much. He seems to have a done a great job thus far of conserving capital
and getting contracts and facilities in place, we will know more when the 10SB is filed which they still expect to have that done by the end of November.

So, I suspect that those who have been harboring unrealistic expectations (i.e., that FHTV was the TNT of the East) will be disappointed by my findings. As
for me, I am encouraged by what I have seen and will be very interested in the upcoming press release and in actually getting Mr. Fisher on the phone to
clear up a few points, which I will post in the event I am successful.

Surfmandu has no stock for sale. It's a good point you make AJS, I didn't squeeze much news out of the company in Macau, but at least now I know where
not to squeeze. :o But I did accomplish what I set out to do. I verified to my satisfaction that "The Fax" is a genuine internal FHTV document and not the fake
creation of some pump and dump artist. I gained an additional level of insight into "The Fax", the Individual Investor ad, and the premature QVC press release
by discussing at length the points they contain with a close associate of Mr. Fisher. I gleaned information that I must verify with Mr. Fisher before I will post it
as fact. I saw first hand the face that FHTV shows the world in their offices in Macau. I walked into the PRC and watched TV there making note of the
current state of the art of marketing in that country. And I met the people that Mr. Fisher has gathered around himself to assist him in achieving his goal of
making FHTV a substantial marketing force in the PRC. I shook their hands and looked into their eyes and concluded that they are good people actively
engaged in a very impressive undertaking with gargantuan potential. The wife and I had a good time, ate some good food, ate some scary food, made a few
friends, did a little shopping and due to another typhoon which rerouted our flight, we took in a mid-morning tour of Communist China from 30 thousand feet,
right up the middle of the country. BTW, the typhoon did no damage to Hong Kong or Macau, that was the lamest attempt yet by Canes1...ROLL! And while
I'm rambling, Macau goes back under PRC rule on December 19, 1999 with a 50 year guarantee that they won't tamper with the culture, the commerce, the
legal system, etc for 50 years. They kept their word in Hong Kong. Nobody is worried about it. I thought I would take that dart out of Canes1 quiver before he
thinks to shoot it at us. Besides, FHTV is already in the PRC, that's where they want to be. So, any beefing about the coming shift in government from
Portugal to the PRC on FHTV's part(not that anyone is beefing)would be a little like briar rabbit asking not to be thrown in the briar patch. :) Anyway, I'm
extremely happy to be in this stock, looking forward to the press release and the 10SB filing, and the future. I'm putting this one in my hold long account.
Later.

First off I started speaking with Vanessa but after about 10 minutes I asked to speak with Bill.

I received a lot of no comments to my questions but he did delve into a couple of my questions.

I asked him about the satellite rumor that MOONSTARS was talking about and he said he knew nothing of it. The company has never hired a stock promoter,
so that story is BS as well. And he obviously is not on vacation

It will be fully reporting by 11/30/99 in regard to all SEC 10SB regulations. He said it would probably be finished even sooner.

All home shopping is going full force through CATV and all is going to plan. They have been doing various shows for
the past 6 months.
Vanessa mentioned the offices opening in Bejing and Bombay.

I asked about what they planned on doing about better investor communication and he said that they will be releasing PR's but not prematurely.

He then excused himself and said he had a meeting. He mentioned if we ever have any questions or need anything feel free to call. After that he said he
would send me an investor packet and video supply home shopping footage. (unfortunately the video will not be in a VHS compatible form)
