The 175,000 transactions is the current volume rate. It is their projections that place it at $12,000,000 "annualized" revenue. Actual revenue rate would therefore be less. Dividing one # by the other gives a value of $ 0.68 per transaction. Debit card transactions for example only generate around $0.11 per transactions for the processor. I know things are growing fast, but that is quite a growth rate.

The $200,000,000 is a meaningless #. It is the retail value of the transactions. The average retail value of a debit transaction is around $50. That puts the volume at 4,000,000 which is nothing revenue wise and certainly profit wise.

Potential yes. Immediate improvement to the bottom line? I don't see it. Then there is the dilution of all those shares being issued.
