fiberman,

I think this is the reason why it's not doing well.

" AT&T resells NetSolve services to AT&T customers, those filings say. The agreement accounted for 59 percent of NetSolve revenues in the fiscal year ended March 31 and 69 percent of revenues in the three months ended June 30."

Regards

NTSL--Ben Holmes of TSC (thestreet.com) thought well of it

<<Hey, a profitable Net company! Nice revenue growth and a positive result in the net income column. Net income -- I like the way that sounds.>>

I think it might do better later this week.

I bought 3,000 shares right before the close at $19 as I see limited downside at current pricing. I would expect a rebound of at least 2-3 points tomorrow so dont lose any sleep over this one.

Geez, the stock did very well. It just opened at an astronomical price. It's not a slam-dunk however, IMHO.

"The company said its existing agreements with AT&T expire at various dates beginning in December 1999.

NetSolve also said it cannot forecast how it may be impacted by AT&T's decision last December to acquire
Global Network business, which services the networking needs of global companies, mid-sized businesses and
individual Internet users."
