Darrell - I hope that attacking the giga report and giga themselves helps you to feel better about DELL. It doesn't make me feel any better. My own opinion is not based on the giga report - it was just one more piece of data. Perhaps giga. like me, re-evaluated their position on DELL service after the IBM announcement. But no matter what you think of the giga report, the question of how DELL plans to develop an enterprise business without an in-house service organization remains unanswered in my mind. Having IBM service the enterprise accounts is putting the fox in charge of guarding the henhouse.
