Did you get the impression that the 12-1 merger ratio could change (which way)?

He did try to answer that question... He said that the ration may be 12-1 or it might be 'higher'. I am not sure what higher meant, but he tied it to the higher asset value of MVEE, so I assume that it might mean a better exchange for MVEE holders that 12-1. IMHO.
