A 50% correction? If you truly believed in the garbage you spew here you would sell your house tomorrow and rent a home until home values drop 50%. A crash will have a ripple effect thru most all asset classes.

I sold my homes in 1989 at the real estate peak (when they were bidding on homes), paid Uncle Sam the capital gains tax, and later bought a nicer home for 50% less during the ensuing recession.

I'm just guessing but the fact that you, or Bill Meehan, or Fleck haven't sold your homes says a lot about your belief or ignorance in a crash situation. You guys are saying one thing and ignoring one of the biggest and vulnerable assets in your portfolio.
