Well they finally shortened the opening. Not to what I wanted but it will work. I see LE is up to her stuff again. I tried to get her to call Joe N. repeatedly but she absolutely refuses. Joe can answer her questions as he's answered mine satisfactory and has agreed to do so with LE but she refuses to communicate. That leads me to believe that she is indeed probably a business enemy of GONT and wishes to try and weaken or inflict damage as much as she can. She could also work for one of the MMs for all we know. With the money being traded and made by those guys (MMs) you don't think they don't have the motive to have paid crownies? Most are Dirty as the Mafia. LE shows suspiciously high negative motivation and as such is branded a basher, because that's what she is. She really acts like someone divorced from GONT while us longs are married to GONT. One trying to stab the other in the back, the other much more forgiving. Reminds me of a bitter old person. What a way to go through life.

Copied from RB thread. Who does this remind you of?????????

I found this article which I believe pertains to our
stock 100%:

The Truth About BASHERS!
Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS
NEVER BASH A BAD STOCK. Watch the boards for stocks with no
potential. They never have any bashers. Bashers only go after stocks
that are going upwards or have excellent potential to go up. Bashers
get left behind, so they want to bring the price down to be able to get
in at a great price.

Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT YOU
HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a
few bits of bad news. The basher will post this over and over again.
The stupid basher will try to make the old news a bit fresher to try to
fool you.

Lesson 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear
you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can
answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL. There is no positive
comment they won't bash. They try to control the board. True longs
may have to address the bashers or they will appear to the newbies
as being the people with all the information.

Lesson 4: BASHERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a
basher. The truth on startup companies is that many mistakes are
made and losses happen. The basher will try to make you believe all
startup companies make a profit, release financials every quarter and
all aspects of the business run smoothly. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THE
BASHERS LIE TO YOU. Startup companies go years without profits,
financials and good business.

Lesson 5: The bashers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR
STATEMENTS. That's why they make the statements they do.

Lesson 6: The bashers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.
They can lie about information and you couldn't know the difference.

Lesson 7: Bashers play on your lack of patience. YOU have held a
stock for a while. You knew it will be a big stock someday, but the
BASHER CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF
WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the basher is best. You are
tired. You have forgotten the goal for the stock was to hold it for one
year. The basher is bothersome, so you dump it on a bad day. Some
others also dump. Then you get mad for your loss and return to let
everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a basher as well.
THE BASHER HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW PARTNER, TOO.

Lesson 8: BRING THE PRICE DOWN. That is the basher's job. The
truth is not important. Lies are the norm. Post continuously on the
board every day. They are trying to hit the newbies visiting the board.
They are trying to wear out the longs on the board. They do whatever
it takes to wear the longs out.

To LE

JNNE found AMS to be a losing proposition and sold it back to the original owner in January of 1999 as was stated in a press release. They took their loss and didn't try to delude shareholders into believing anything else,
Do you now find fault with a company who makes a bad acquisition riding itself of that drain on its resources? Do you believe the honorable thing to do would be to let that resource bleed the company dry and destroy shareholder value? If you're so concerned with the one million and don't want to callGONT, why don't you call AMS and ask them about it?

Why don't you check out the viability of the kiosks by calling InfoTouch and iCom? Does GONT pay their bills? Do they ask you to delay installations? Or do they push for faster installations and pay promptly

Well, obviously doing DD like that might cause you to deal with facts, but what the heck when you can just post innuendoes why not, after all isn't that what "yellow journalism" is all about?

Why do you have so much trouble with a credible audit? Go through hundred of audits of small companies and see how many don't have the same footnotes along with many large well known ones as well. I am married to a CPA who tells me that is a disclaimer the auditors have to say on a company with not-so-great past financials. And they basically only show the "old" company's numbers.

All of this is information you already knew, but it doesn't help your cause to report whole-truths, does it?
You people who raise these concerns but do nothing to check them out make me sick.
